As the debate continues to rage over Georgia’s looming TSPLOST vote, many have asked what the “Plan B” is should the measure fail to pass.

Tea Party activist Tom Maloy writes in an AJC oped:

But there is a Plan B built right into the law — a revote in two years. Let’s vote this down. Rewrite the law and develop a projects list that actually relieves traffic congestion. Then in 2014, let’s give it another shot.

Time will tell whether or not this becomes a new line of attack on proponents of the measure.
